- Confirmed chartered on 12/12/1848. Whereas a dispensation was issued to authorize the opening of a Lodge at Flint Hill, Rappahannock County, by the name of Blue Ridge Lodge, No. 7, and appointing Wor. W. W. Deatherage, Master, Robert H. Scay, Senior Warden, and Joseph M. Rickett, Junior Warden; and said dispensation being returned, together with the necessary documents, Resolved, That a charter do issue for the permanent establishment of said Lodge, by the name, title and designation aforesaid, appointing the officers named in the dispensation, upon the payment of the usual fees.
